COVID CRISIS TELEHEALTH OPTIONS
THANK YOU for your understanding, flexibility, and patience during these unprecedented times! During the COVID crisis, the CDC has permitted the use of other than fully HIPPA compliant video platforms, and phone calls. It is unclear how long that permission will be in place and for how long insurance companies are going to support tele health and reimburse for these services. I will keep you informed as best as I can and please let me know when you hear information about your health insurance coverage.
All video options depend on the strength of the connection, Wi-Fi, open apps, camera, audio factors on both sides. I can experience internet problems, and you might too. We will work around issues, and can switch to phone, if that is the case. Please let me know what option works best for you and your technology set up. I will provide you with my phone numbers.

FaceTime for the Apple product users (like me): FaceTIme is not HIPPA compliant, but permitted during COVID, if preferred by you.
Skype for the Android users (I have it on my phone. We must “invite each other”. Please feel free to do so, if this is your preference, if we have not skyped before. I will provide you with my cell number.
